Request privacy notice.

When you send a booking or product request, Vervve collects your name, email, phone, address and selected products. Research requests also include your organisation. A selected blood test can reveal information about your health interests.

Why we collect it

We use these details to respond, confirm availability, arrange the requested service or supply, and maintain a record of the request. The form asks for your permission before saving these details. It does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where it goes

Requests are stored in a private order database on the website hosting platform. The Vervve site owner can access them through a restricted dashboard and export them to a spreadsheet. When the email connection is active, request details are also sent to hello@vervve.co.uk through the configured email provider. Hosting infrastructure is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare.

Your choices

You can contact hello@vervve.co.uk to ask about your information, correct it, request deletion or withdraw permission for further handling of your enquiry. Keep your request reference so we can locate the record.

Technical information

The system records submission time, permission confirmation and request status. A hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Website administration uses account sign in. Payment card details are not collected.
